1. Submitting the registration
By entering your personal details, health insurance company, GP and the service you require, you can send the registration electronically at any time, securely and easily for yourself or for another person (relatives, acquaintances, etc.).
You will receive an automatic confirmation message with the registration number by email.
2. Guaranteed response from the organisation
The selected organisation will then call you back, advise you if necessary and clarify any open questions. Registrations are processed on an ongoing basis during office hours on weekdays. You may not receive a call back on Friday afternoons or before public holidays until after the weekend or after the holidays. In urgent cases or if you have any unanswered questions, please contact the organisation concerned directly by telephone.
